One-Time Return and Exchange Policy:
The following applies to domestic orders only. Item exchange is only allowed once per item.
Items for exchange will first be inspected and is subject for approval. Heron Athletics reserves the right to accept/deny requests for exchange.
Items approved for exchange must be shipped back to us within seven (7) days after receiving your order. Items must be in original packaging and with tags intact.
• Item defects reported within 24 hours after purchase will be immediately exchanged.
• Manufacturing defects reported after 24 hours but within seven (7) days is subject for approval.
Change in Size:
• Request for size change will only be allowed if items are unused and with complete packaging.
• Wrong size purchase due to the disregard of the size guide will not result in an exchange.
• Items that were worn beyond 2 hours after training will not be considered under the Return and Exchange Policy.
• Item used for other activities not suggested will not be catered for an item exchange.
Items not valid for exchange:
• Final sale items and promotional items
• Damaged or worn condition
• Sleeve damage from washing machine
• Items received after 30 days upon purchase
How to qualify for an exchange:
Step 1: E-mail us at email@example.com with Subject: Return *order number*
Step 2: Please include the following details >
b) Purchase date:
c) Personal size:
d) Size of original order:
e) When did the damage happen? Please include a brief description, too!
(1) Manufacturing defect
(2) During fitting of the item
(3) During workout
(4) While simply wearing the item in a stationary position
f) Please attach at least three (3) photos clearly showing item defect.
Step 3: Your request will be processed within three (3) to seven (7) days. After which, you will receive an e-mail from our team regarding status of your item.
Step 4: Pack the item/s with original packaging and tags and ship to the address that will be given to you via e-mail.
